We stand behind every device we ship. If something arrives defective or doesn't match your order, we'll make it right.

Defective devices
If a device is defective on arrival, message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours with a short video showing the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Wrong item delivered
If we deliver the wrong flavor or model, we'll swap it at no extra cost — usually the same day in North Goa.
Non-returnable items
- Opened e-liquid bottles (hygiene reasons)
- Used disposable vapes
- Products damaged by misuse or tampering
